Working in our popular seaside town centre Sheringham Shop, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the shop, including supervising a small team of staff and volunteers and making the most of donated items. All services are free of charge, including person-centred counselling, complementary treatments, group support, welfare guidance, exercise and nutrition programmes and bereavement support. About the role If you have experience in retail, are able to supervise a small team and are looking to make a difference this could be ideal for you. The kindness of people is the only way that we can make a difference in the local community, and you can help us achieve this through being resourceful and responsive to the needs of volunteers and customers with the support of a part-time Assistant Shop Managers. The working hours are 35 hours per week to be worked flexibly over 5 days including weekends. The salary from 1st April 2025, is £23,205.42 to £25,902.14 per annum.
