This role is integral to the production of our industry leading UK and overseas catalogues and the printed element of our marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for the scheduling, planning and pagination of all printed collateral which comes into the busy production environment, all of which are designed to drive business growth, make our customers lives easier and promote our products and services.
What will you do on a normal day?
* Planning annual UK and overseas catalogues, monthly promotions, and ad-hoc collateral requests.
* Building and managing effective day to day relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure communication of successes and barriers.
* Work in partnership with the campaign and creative teams to understand briefs, develop project plans and define timeframes for pieces of work.
* Master our internal processes and software – including content management and proofing.
* Presenting succinct reports of project status on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
* Delivering printed collateral on time and to agreed budgets.
* Multi-tasking and planning multiple projects at any one time.
* Liaising with team members to receive feedback and create improvements to processes.
What are we looking for?
* Experience of large-scale catalogue and small-scale offline collateral planning preferred.
* Flexibility in managing new challenges / changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills to inform stakeholders of progress and status.
* Experience and understanding of key function dates and deadlines.
* Customer centricity / understanding our customer needs.
* Good presentation qualities with a high attention to detail and consistency.
* Excellent prioritisation, organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
* A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude is essential.
* Results orientated & enthusiastic.
* Being open to constructive feedback to evolve and improve.
* The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
* Good knowledge of Excel.
