Job Title: Performance Test and Automation Lead
Clearance required: BPSS
Duration: 12 months
Location: London - Hybrid - with 20% to 40% office presence

Role Overview:
The client has an in-house test governance team that collaborates with project and business units on QA requirements. This role will lead the Performance and Test Automation streams within this governance function, liaising with project teams, business units, and vendors to fulfill performance testing and automation needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Stakeholder Management: Translate business needs into technical directives for vendors.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to meet business expectations and minimize issues during production.
* Test Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for Performance and Test Automation aligned with organizational goals, securing stakeholder support.
* Project Oversight: Manage projects like iManage Cloud, Exchange Online, and others, ensuring successful deployment and performance.
* Test Stream Expansion: Identify applications for ongoing performance monitoring and develop a strategic roadmap for the next three years.
* Innovation: Incorporate latest market trends and technologies, including OpenAI (GPT), into QA and testing processes.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Hands-on expertise with Tricentis suite (NeoLoad, Tosca).
* Leadership in strategic test automation initiatives for large clients.
* Experience formalizing automation approaches, ROI analysis, and prioritization.
* Proven background in complex performance testing and non-functional requirements.
* Strong understanding of cloud platforms, especially Azure.
* Experience with performance testing tools like NeoLoad, LoadRunner, and monitoring utilities; scripting skills are a plus.
* Experience with AI or AI-augmented applications, preferably OpenAI.
* Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
* Experience managing offshore teams and vendors.
* Familiarity with Rally, Azure Test Plans, or similar test management systems.
