Our In-House Client based in Kent is looking for a Health & Wellbeing Manager to work on a permanent basis within their friendly and supportive team.
The role is permanent, ideally full time (5 days per week) with hybrid working options, including on-site and remote work.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and pro-active OH team.
The Job Role Includes:
* Design, develop, and implement best practice wellbeing strategies
* Maintain wellbeing education and awareness
* Manage the mental/physical wellbeing budgets and relevant third-party contracts
* Provide expert support & advice to HR and managers relating to mental and physical health
* Responsible for the development and maintenance of wellbeing policies and procedures
Experience / Skills Required:
* Minimum Level 4 diploma in Counselling/Psychotherapy or equivalent mental health or nursing qualification
* Experience in identifying, designing, and implementing health and wellbeing initiatives or projects
* Experience in managing a team including development and pastoral support
