This role would form part of the CBRE commercial functional leadership team supporting our transformation activities, supporting the roll out of commercial best practice and driving a key change program across the entirety of our client facing business. Key Facts CBRE GWS Enterprise annual gross revenue was $20bn for 2024. Enterprise Accounts represent CBRE's largest clients, typically >$50m in annual gross revenue, multi-geography and managed by a central CBRE and client management team. Key Responsibilities Commercial Enablers for Transformation - Lead & co-ordinate the development of tools, templates and guidance to enable successful client engagements. - Develop and manage implementation of commercial training plan for our business leaders on implementation accounts. - Identify & roll out contract management best practice to support newly updated contracts. Client Commercial Engagement Planning - Lead the co-ordination of our contract update plans with operational business transformation initiatives. - Act as a commercial team focal point for business or client led updates to the engagement plan. - Consolidate and deliver feedback on engagement plans into central initiative governance process. Functional Co-ordination - Lead consistency & alignment across commercial teams in delivery of the contract update plans. - Drive adoption of best practice tolls & templates in transformation client engagements. - Manage client feedback and identify actionable updates to our process, tools & materials Governance & Reporting - Act as focal point for commercial input into central governance for initiatives & client roll out. - Lead reporting process for commercial positions achieved during client engagements. Person Requirements Essential: - Degree qualified or equivalent. All degree subjects considered. - Ability to demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills and experience, with typically around 5 years experience, including but not limited to contract negotiation/management, change management and program management (up to 2 of the 5 years could be performed as part of a structured training program or graduate scheme). - Strong commercial acumen. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with fluency in English and ability to frame and structure complex messages in concise and visual formats. - Strong program management and organisation skills. - Self-motivated individual, experienced and comfortable with complex problem solving and providing solutions based advice and guidance to multiple stakeholders. - Client focused approach. - Proven track record of working with, educating and influencing a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
