About the Role:
As General Sales Manager, you will oversee the car dealership’s sales operations, driving performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will be key in achieving sales targets, maintaining manufacturer standards, and fostering a motivated, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and drive all aspects of the dealership’s new and used car sales operations
* Lead, inspire, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
* Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring a seamless and exceptional sales journey
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure targets are met
* Build strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
