We are recruiting for 2 x Full-time Support Workers for our Supported Living Services in Ellesmere Port & Chester. We support adults with learning disabilities in our supported living properties.
* Working across 3 Supported Living services
* Guaranteed 35+ hours per week plus Sleep Shifts
* Working 2-3 days per week on a 6-week rota
* Full training provided
* FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED (To drive client Motability vehicles)
* £22000 per year (based on £12.00 per hour plus sleep-in allowance), hours vary from week to week.
You will work as part of a team with lots of support and training from both your colleagues and managers to develop a rewarding and fulfilling career helping young adults to live happy and meaningful lives. With your care and encouragement, you could help the people you support to achieve life skills such as going shopping, cooking their meals, or attending activities such as the cinema or bowling. Without you, they would not be able to live an independent and enriched life and so you get to feel great about the care you provide and go home feeling that you have made a difference to someone’s life.
NO EXPERIENCE is required. If you are a caring, compassionate, and dedicated person who wants to help others, you have the skills we are looking for.
NB - Candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the UK, supporting a full time permanent rota. We do not offer visa sponsorship.

General Information:
* We offer FULL-TIME PERMANENT CONTRACTS.
* You will be given a 6-week rota in advance to plan around.
* Generally, with all roles you will only work 3-4 days per week.
* There is lots of opportunity to pick up extra shifts but there is no obligation to do so, and we value a healthy work-life balance. You will not be allocated extra shifts if you do not want them.
* You will have access to lots of support from great managers and the opportunity to complete an NVQ.
* Progression opportunities are available and open to all existing employees.
* You will work across a small number of supported living properties (max 3). There is generally no traveling between services once you start work, and you will build strong and meaningful relationships with the people you support and your colleagues.
* The majority of the people we support have their own Motability Vehicles so for those of you who drive there is normally no need to use your own car.
