What you will do:
1. Handle cases transferred from DAAT at the first Initial Child Protection Conference or Child in Need meeting, seeing them through to closure unless escalated.
2. Liaise with families, caregivers, and other professionals to understand children's needs and ensure they receive appropriate support and protection.
3. Collaborate with the Children in Care Teams for cases that escalate to the court arena or require long-term care solutions.
4. Conduct assessments, plan interventions, and establish protective measures to support children's welfare.
5. Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with best practices and innovative approaches in safeguarding children.
