Head of Fundraising Operations
Home based with regular travel across our waterways.
Salary £65,000 - £70,000 per annum plus car cash & additional excellent benefits.
Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Leeds, Liverpool, Newark, London offices.

This is an exciting - potentially career-making - opportunity to join us as we deliver our new Fundraising strategy and create a Fundraising Operations Team.
Knowledge, Skills/Qualifications & Experience
We are seeking an exceptional innovative individual who brings the ability to build our relationships with current donors, deepening those established relationships and growing engagement with new donors and prospects. The focus of this role - as with our other Fundraising teams - is to deliver transformative fundraising. The Fundraising Operations Team will lead on two vital elements of our strategy - supporter retention and stewardship and data and insight strategies. The Head of Fundraising Operations will lead a small team of excellent specialists, many of whom are in place.
This is not a role that calls for business as usual - we aim to be best in class.
