Your Role: Financial Leadership: Oversee the production of financial and management accounts, providing insightful commentary.
Collaborative Reporting: Work with various partners across the business to ensure accurate and effective reporting.
Budget Management: Produce and review the annual budget, and report detailed monthly budgets.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with external reporting requirements and manage up-to-date reporting policies.
Audit Coordination: Collaborate closely with external auditors and advisors.
Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing process improvements, manage projects, and handle ad hoc reporting.
Team Development: Manage and develop a talented team.
What You Bring: Qualifications: Must be a qualified accountant, ideally from a Big 4 or mid-tier firm, with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
Experience: Exposure to auditing or working in multinational, complex businesses.
Leadership: Proven team management skills.
Technical Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of technical accounting standards.
