Description
At Sava, we've developed revolutionary bio-wearable technology that enables painless, continuous monitoring of key molecules in the body. We're now expanding into mobile app development and are seeking a driven and creative Product Owner (Digital) to join our team. The Product Owner (Digital) will oversee app lifecycles, feature prioritisation, and cross-functional collaboration to meet our business and user engagement goals.
Responsibilities
1. App Roadmap and Feature Prioritisation:
o Drive app ideation and feature definition aligned with business objectives.
o Prioritize features based on user needs, market demands, and technical feasibility.
o Manage app roadmaps and in-app events to enhance user experience.
2. Platform Optimization and Distribution:
o Manage App Store Optimization (ASO) to maximize app visibility.
3. User Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
o Analyze app reviews, conduct user surveys, and make data-driven product decisions.
o Use iterative testing to improve app features and user experience.
4. KPI Tracking and Performance Analysis:
o Monitor key performance indicators, segment users, and analyze app feature performance.
o Report on app performance metrics to inform future product strategy.
5. User Acquisition and Retention:
o Develop and execute user acquisition campaigns tailored to our audience.
o Design retention strategies, including gamification and engagement features.
o Perform A/B testing to optimize app performance and user satisfaction.
6. Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with founders to implement company vision into app strategy.
o Coordinate closely with developers to align app features and timelines.
o Work with marketing and user acquisition teams to align strategies.
o Gather feedback from internal teams and integrate it into product enhancements.
7. Resource Management:
o Conduct cost-benefit analyses and manage budgets for marketing and user acquisition.
o Optimize resources to maximize impact and efficiency.
8. Market Research and Audience Understanding:
o Conduct analysis of the digital health market to identify trends and opportunities.
o Develop an in-depth understanding of target user personas and behaviour patterns.
Past Experience
* 5+ years experience in product management, with a proven track record of working on mobile applications (preferably in the digital health sector).
Requirements
* End to end development of mobile applications.
* Proven track record of leading products from conception to launch, demonstrating successful outcomes in user adoption and satisfaction.
* Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Experience in product roadmapping, App Store Optimization, and platform distribution.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment.
* Familiarity with modern technology stacks and platforms relevant to mobile and web application development.
Preferred
* Strong understanding of digital health industry.
* Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA.
* Past experiences working in the digital health ecosystem, including familiarity with health monitoring technologies, health data regulations, and user privacy concerns.
* Knowledge of agile methodologies and rapid iteration processes.
* Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
