We are looking for a dedicated HLTA to join a school in Newton Abbot, where you will play a key role in enhancing students’ learning experiences. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is confident delivering lessons, providing targeted support to pupils, and contributing to the overall success of the classroom. Role Responsibilities: Deliver and support engaging lessons, adapting activities to suit different learning needs. Provide small group and one-to-one support to help students reach their potential. Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback and encouragement. Assist with classroom management and help maintain a positive learning environment. Work closely with teachers to plan and implement engaging learning strategies. Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where all students feel valued.
