Job Description
We are looking for a creative, passionate, enthusiastic chef to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production ideally some experience in fish and seafood, with the ability to lead and manage a kitchen team effectively on a day to day basis with the support of our Management team and be comfortable in a customer facing environment. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests in a fun and energetic work place. A great, bubbly personality is a must as we pride ourselves on a happy workplace.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
* Manage kitchen operations, including stock control, food safety practices, and cleanliness.
* Supervise and train kitchen staff, creating a fun team environment.
* Develop daily specials working very closely with our fish suppliers
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
* Assist in the planning of Tasting Room events on a monthly basis
* Work very closely with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless, fun, vibrant service.
