I am currently working with a large residential developer who operate in the North West/West London region who are currently looking for a customer service manager to join them
Day to day duties:
Dealing with customer complaints and ensuring they are resolved
Reporting into the Head of Customer Service
Carrying out inspections and reporting defects
Dealing with subcontractors and Trades
Keeping customers up to date with time scales of the complaints
Liaising daily with the the rest of the customer service teams
Instructing maintenance technicians
Conducting home demonstrations to customers
Inspection prior to the customer moving in
Instruct Subcontractors/Trades as requiredIn order to be considered for this role you will need direct defect experience within housing ideally within Management
