To grow with us, you will need to bring:
1. Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in agriculture or related field, or relevant experience.
2. Good knowledge of plant cultivation and basic farm business management.
3. Fluency in the local language and good knowledge of country-specific sales; fluency in English may be an advantage.
4. Willingness to travel locally or within Europe if required.
