They are now seeking a driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead their Teesside operations, expanding their reach across the North of England and into new territories. Role Responsibilities: As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for: Driving commercial activities in the UK Oil, Gas, and Offshore sectors, with a primary focus on the North of England and new market expansion. Representing the company’s capabilities to colleagues, customers, and key stakeholders. Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to identify opportunities and ensure repeat business. Monitoring and reporting on competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements. Delivering on branch performance targets and aligning with company objectives. Overseeing daily operations in line with company procedures and SHEQ requirements. Following up on quotations, managing offers, and ensuring regular customer communication. Participating in sales and management meetings to provide valuable insights and contribute to strategy development. Requirements: To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess: Background in sales of pipe, fittings, and flanges, with expertise in various steel grades (carbon, stainless, duplex, alloy). The ability to build rapport and establish relationships with senior management and directors. Commercial acumen and market awareness, with the ability to make profitable decisions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
