Customer Service Administrator / Advisor
This is a full-time temporary position paying £11.44 per hour and working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. This is an ongoing assignment for around 3-4 months with an immediate start available.
Own transport is essential due to company location - Chelmsford outskirts.
Duties will include:
1. Responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone with professionalism and efficiency
2. Ensuring safeguarding documentation is accurately prepared and sent to customers when required
3. Liaising between internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations
4. Maintaining accurate records of communications and approvals using MS Excel
5. Handling general administrative tasks as needed
Experience required:
1. Experience in customer service and administration, with a strong ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email
2. A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
