About the Role: Fawkes and Reece are excited to partner with a leading national contractor to recruit a skilled and experienced Site Manager for a key construction project based in Maidstone. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage site operations, ensuring the successful delivery of the project. Key Responsibilities for a Site Manager Oversee daily site operations and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site staff. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly. Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met. Prepare and maintain site documentation and reports. Regularly report on progress to senior management.Requirements for a Site Manager Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.
