Job Description Nursery Manager Salary : £32,000 - £33,000 We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery seeking a Nursery Manager to lead their dedicated team. The nursery provides a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, from 3 months to 4 years old. As Nursery Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional care and education. Your responsibilities include leading and mentoring staff, overseeing curriculum planning, and fostering a positive learning environment. You will maintain strong parent relationships, manage administrative duties, and ensure compliance with all regulations while maintaining a safe, stimulating setting. What we’re looking for Level 3 Qualification in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent). Proven Experience in a nursery setting with strong knowledge of EYFS. Leadership Skills – Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent Communication – Strong interpersonal skills to engage with staff, parents, and children. Regulatory Knowledge – Understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and statutory requirements. Financial Acumen – Experience managing budgets and resources.
