The Role
We're seeking an experienced Bid Writer to join our talented team. In this pivotal role, you'll transform complex technical information into clear, convincing narratives that showcase our capabilities and secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Research and analyse RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to identify key requirements and evaluation criteria
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information and develop winning strategies
Craft persuasive, client-focused content that clearly articulates our value proposition
Edit and proofread bid documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Maintain a library of reusable content to streamline future bid processes
Contribute to post-bid reviews to continuously improve win rates
Required Qualifications
Proven experience (3+ years) in bid writing, proposal management, or similar role
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to synthesise complex information
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent project management abilities and deadline orientation
Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills
Desired Experience
Knowledge of procurement processes in construction
Experience with bid management software
Track record of successful bid outcomes
APMP certification or similar professional qualification
