The Role:\n\nOur client, a dynamic and high performing new and used car sales establishment, currently seeks an experienced and driven car sales professional to join their very busy and growing team based around the outskirts of Southampton. Representing a premium brand, and offering every other weekend off, working within a modern dealership, you'll be part of a supportive and high-performing team dedicated to excellence.\n\nResponsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:\n\nWelcome and engage customers both in the showroom and on the forecourt.\n\nIdentify and understand customers’ preferences to suggest appropriate vehicles.\n\nOffer comprehensive details about vehicle features (new & used), options, and warranties.\n\nAccompany potential buyers on test drives.\n\nDiscuss and agree on price, sale terms, and financing options with customers.\n\nFoster long-term customer relationships to boost repeat sales and referrals.\n\nMust possess a valid UK driver's license.\n\nPackage:\n\nSalary: £20,600 + OTE £66,000 based on 144 cars – some in team earning in excess of £80,000 + Company car + EVERY OTHER WEEKEND OFF!!\n\nHours:\n\nMonday to Friday 8:30-6:00\nSaturday 9:00-5:00\nSunday 11:00-4:00\n\nIf you have the experience and knowledge to succeed as a Car Sales Executive, please get in touch!!!\n\n**Don’t worry if your CV is out of date, please get in touch and we can work with you to do the rest
