This portfolio makes a true impact on patients.
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will lead the sales team in the UK.
IMDS consists of a highly connected team with one common goal: to deliver best-in-class solutions into the hands of the interventional cardiologists we serve. In your role, you represent IMDS on the frontline with your strong relationship skills and fundamental understanding of complex PCI interventions. You will build a team that is highly professional and effective.
You will develop our already strong existing customer base to the next stage together with the rest of the team. Besides managing the French team, you will have responsibility for the sales in your own territory.

Your responsibilities
* Effectively manage the UK sales team.
* Maintain and grow our footprint.
* Manage, advise, and expand relationships with existing customers.
* Provide application support for our products to interventional cardiologists.
* Execute all sales-related activities for new product launches and conduct presentations for users and procurement teams.
* Maintain relationships with key decision-makers on the customer side and market influencers.
* Conduct territory analysis and strategic account planning.
* Implement sales and marketing strategies.
* Be available to accompany procedures when necessary.
* Participate in trade shows and conferences.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and marketing departments.
* Exchange knowledge and collaborate across borders within the USA and other International regions.
Your profile
* Completed education or degree in medicine, natural sciences, biomedical engineering, or business administration.
* Several years of interventional sales experience with a strong focus on achieving results.
* Proven experience in the medical device industry, with a background in Interventional Cardiology, preferably related to Coronary Intervention.
* Solid understanding of the hospital environment.
* Enthusiasm, persuasive skills, and readiness to negotiate.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* High willingness to learn, flexibility, and strong commitment.
* Independent working style and reliability.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
