Your Responsibilities:
Managing Our Inbound Customer Service Via Telephone.
* Providing A High Standard Of Customer Service To Our Customers
* Dealing With First Time Customer Query Resolution When Possible, Dealing with Correct Escalation Procedures
* Using And Implementing Feedback Given From Coaching And Monitoring Sessions.
* Maintaining High Standard Data Security And GDPR Regulations
* Following Your Assigned Daily Schedules and Tasks
* Managing Complaints

* Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills
* Punctual And Conscient
* Good Attention To Detail
Hours:
* 35-40 hours per week (Role dependent - this can be discussed at interview)
* Monday - Sunday (Role dependent - this can be discussed at interview)
* Training - Fully paid - first 1 to 2 weeks classroom based (role dependent) then 2 week hyper care.
Salary:
* £12.00 per hour
* Paid fortnightly
Requirements:
* At Least 6 Months Customer Service Or Contact Centre Experience
* Full Time Availability
* ID & Right To Work Required (Passport Or Birth Certificate)
* Immediate Start
* Basic Access NI check / Credit check is required once successful
