Business Development Manager to join a leading property consultancy firm, ideally based in Cambridge, Oxford or London.

As a Business Development Manager, you will implement the firm's BD strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders to develop work winning strategies and client initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
* End to end management of high value pitch projects, from initial draft to post pitch feedback.
* Undertaking client and market research, sharing insights and key information to support client targeting initiatives.
* Coordinate client events.
* Analyse client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
* Provide direction, advice, and coaching to fee earners on business development activities and best practice.
Requirements:
* Educated to degree standard or equivalent.
* Experience in developing new business opportunities in a professional services environment.
* Keen interest in the real estate sector.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building relationships with stakeholders and clients.
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Strong planning and organisational skills.
