Technical Program Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience in program management.
* Experience in delivery of infrastructure, software, and services projects.
* Experience with operational concepts (e.g., availability, SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, error budgets).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
* Knowledge in Cloud networking and infrastructure systems.
* Excellent data analysis skills for insights and decision influence.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
Responsibilities
* Navigate ambiguity to define requirements, align teams, and deliver programs from concept to closure.
* Manage dependencies and risks, implementing mitigation plans.
* Drive strategic planning and execution (e.g., roadmaps, projects, OKRs).
* Coordinate projects across Networking, SRE partners, and development teams.
* Apply knowledge in Networking technologies (e.g., Load-balancing, DNS, MPLS, BGP).
