Role: Learning Support Assistant
Specific Duties Include:
* Working as directed by teachers and senior staff.
* Understanding how a pupil’s learning is affected by their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development, and comprehending child development stages.
* Utilizing ICT effectively for classroom and management support.
* Providing support and encouragement to children and young people.
* Motivating pupils and promoting self-esteem.
* Assisting in the marking of pupils’ work and recording progress accurately.
