Desk Engineering Assistant Manager (12 months)
A professional and adaptable communication style to be able to converse with all reporting into Desk operations manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Settlement of Total Loss claims including:
1. Obtaining policy info
2. Indemnity checks
3. Payment requests
4. Payment confirmations
5. MIAFTR entries
6. Salvage disposal
2. Engagement with Davies Tech team
3. Escalation management
4. Ensure targets are reached and maintained
5. Production of daily statistics
6. Development of team to achieve client SLA’s via support, coaching, and feedback
7. Ensure a high level of staff engagement
8. Assisting in conducting regular performance and audit reviews
9. Continuous improvement focus leading to excellent customer service
10. To challenge processes to continue improvement of best practice

Skills Required:
* Strong communication both internally and externally to the business.
* Excellent time management skills with a proactive approach and attitude.
* Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
* Ability to adjust quickly and efficiently to maximize efficiency of the team/workloads.
* Previous vehicle valuation experience (Glass’s / CAP etc…) would be advantageous but not a requirement.
