Role: Accounts and Sales Administration Assistant Location: Milton Keynes, MK17 Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 500pm 40 hrs per week Salary: £28,000 per annum Our client is seeking to recruit an Accounts and Sales Administration Assistant to join a busy and successful family-owned business located on the outskirts of Milton Keynes. This position involves working within a small team to support the back-office function of a demanding sales department. It would suit someone who enjoys a varied support role that includes a range of accounting, administrative, and clerical tasks. Key responsibilities will be general accounting and office administration to include: Pricing and invoicing Data entry Reporting on Excel Purchase ledger, statement reconciliation and credit control Handling incoming calls and emails Filing and various ad hoc office duties Assisting existing personnel The individual we are looking for would ideally have the following experience and attributes: Demonstrable previous experience in a similar role.
