TALiNT Partners brings together a global network of Talent Acquisition, HR, Staffing, and HR Tech leaders to learn, share, and connect. With industry-leading awards, conferences, workshops, and executive dinners across the UK, Europe, USA, and Asia Pacific, we’re growing and would like to add to our existing Events and Awards team.
About the Role: In this role, you'll plan and execute B2B events—including executive dinners, workshops, conferences, a virtual forum programme and industry awards—designed for senior Talent Acquisition and HR leaders. You’ll be responsible for curating a loyal community of delegates, ensuring flawless event logistics, and creating standout experiences for our delegates, speakers and sponsors.
Key Responsibilities:
· Curate delegate lists, drawing from our extensive database to create the perfect audience for each event
· Coordinate event logistics from planning to post-event wrap-up
· Develop targeted marketing campaigns to build awareness and engagement
· Cultivate and nurture a community of delegates through strategic outreach and follow-up

· Have experience in Talent Acquisition, the staffing industry, or B2B event management
· Possess stellar organisation, research, and planning skills
· Are detail-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative and pride in your work
· Are familiar with CRM databases like HubSpot and know how to leverage LinkedIn for professional outreach
· Have a high degree of literacy and numeracy

Location & Working Arrangements: Our office is in Godalming, near Guildford, Surrey, and we’ll expect regular in-office attendance, with some flexibility for home working.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: c£26,000 - £35,000 per annum + bonus scheme
Holiday entitlement: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + 5 extra days when the office is closed at Christmas.
