National Account Manager – Global Beauty Company – London (flexible working)
We are currently recruiting for a global beauty company known for its range of products sold around the world. This is an exciting role where they are looking for someone who can manage the German market, which has huge potential and offers a great chance to grow within the business.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant business accounts
* Plan, develop, and implement an annual Joint Business plan with the customer for each brand and category within the remit
* Identify appropriate NPD opportunities based on customer insights
* Analyse EPOS Sales data and present at internal weekly meetings
* Negotiate promotions, cost prices, and launches
* Design and manage a Trade Investment plan to drive sales while maximising profitability
* Identify opportunities to increase retail sales, gross sales, optimise processes, and increase efficiencies
* Lead, mentor, and develop 1 direct report
Candidate:
* Previous experience within the beauty or personal care industry is beneficial but not essential
* MUST be able to speak German
* Experience within national accounts, buying, category management, or a similarly commercial role
* Experience managing multiple SKUs
* Great analytical skills
* Strong communicator, with the ability to coordinate across different teams
Package:
* Basic salary up to £55,000 (potentially higher for the right candidate)
* Bonus 10%
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
