We welcome people with different backgrounds and experiences across industries to apply for open positions even if you do not match every element of the required skills.\n\nJob Title: Project Supervisor \n \nCBRE Global Workplace Solutions, leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, are recruiting a Project Supervisor to join the team located in South West & Wales Region, with potential requirements for travel and working away for short periods.\n\nPurpose of the role\n \nOverall responsibility for delivery of multiple projects across a client portfolio or business unit portfolio of contracts including full site responsibility/ownership, health and safety, day to day management on site of all contractors and on time delivery.\n \nCommunicate to Head of Projects/Senior Project Manager/Project Manager and customers the deliverables, dependencies and risks as each project progresses.\n \nKey Responsibilities\n\nDelivery of projects in line with QHSE regulations and standards.\nIdentify and generate projects or variations.\nManage key deliverable son project.\nDevelop strong relationships with key customers.\nWork with contract teams regards safe delivery and handover.\nManage projects fully compliant with projects playbook.\nManage day to day site activity.\nManage change control process\nManage reporting and client communications on live projects.\nEnsure project are managed and delivered in line with commercial terms.\nManage contractors in order to achieve programme in a safe manner.\n \nAccountabilities\n\nAccountability to the Head of Projects/Project Manager/Senior Project Managers.\nManage and deliver project safely and in line with regulatory and business requirements.\nManage and deliver principal projects as per programme\nManage meetings and reportingPerson Specification\n \nEducation \n \n· Recognised technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical or Electrical or similar\n\nTraining \n\nCompliant with the CBRE training matrix for Project/Site Supervisor for QHSE (training provided if not held)\nBusiness standard of written and verbal literacy and numeracy\nAPM (desirable)\nCDM regulations training\nSMSTS certified\nNebosh (desirable)\nCSCS black card holder\nIOSH (desirable)\nExperience \n \n· Minimum of 5 years proven Supervisory experience in an M&E, FM, construction, or critical environment\n \n· Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team \n \n· Proven experience of running a P&L (desirable)\n\nAptitudes \n \n· Interpersonal and communication skills
