Position Summary:
As Strategic Marketing and Innovation Manager, you will lead the Marketing and Innovation team of the Concrete Business Unit. You will be responsible for defining our Marketing and Brand Awareness strategy, as well as leading our Customer-Back Innovation (CBI) process to ensure delivery of above-market organic growth by identifying the best opportunities in the market and consequently engineering a set of differentiated solutions to allow our business to reach its full potential.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Define our overall marketing strategy, including digital, and cascade it to the team ensuring alignment and engagement, supporting sales initiatives and performance.
* Define our strategy for all CBI projects, manage all 80 projects and relationships with key stakeholders.
* Ensure that the CBI process addresses the main pain points identified in the market to provide solutions to our end-users.
* Define our CBI yield YoY, ensuring design and delivery of our path to full potential.
* Analyse market data, consumer behaviour, and campaign performance to continuously optimise marketing strategies.
* Create and manage the marketing budget, optimizing resources among the process.
* Provide the right tools to the team for efficient and effective execution of all strategies, challenging the current process to ensure performance.
* Structure and standardise all processes in the Marketing and Innovation area, balancing corporate guidelines with specific business needs.
* Stimulate the team to find new opportunities, directly understand and analyse new markets/applications, and study and anticipate the evolution of current markets.
* Collaborate with segment leaders to define the AP and LRP strategy for the segments, determining how to support growth.
* Collaborate with other marketing, CBI, and engineering leaders across the platform, representing the business unit in CBI discussions.
