In your role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to ensure our customers are happy with their shopping experience at Fone Galaxy. Your role is to assist the store manager and your colleagues with achieving sales and profit targets by maintaining the highest standard of customer service.
Weekends are essential. Part/Full time.
Experience of repairing iPhones, iPads, and Samsung devices is desired but not essential. Training and coaching will be provided.
Main duties include:
* Carry out/assist with repair jobs.
* Advise customers on the location, selection, price, use and care of goods available from the store.
* Operate the till in an efficient manner, processing all transactions with a high regard to customer care and loss prevention procedures.
* Recognise and act upon opportunities to increase the value of sales by offering appropriate additional, related, and alternative items.
* Advise the customers of the Company refund or exchange policy as appropriate.
* Confidently and professionally handle customer complaints and difficulties, including returns, to ensure customer retention.
* Help to achieve and maximise sales and profit budgets.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products.
* Check in goods against delivery notes as and when required.
* Work alongside colleagues to ensure deliveries are put away correctly and safely.
* Promote high visual merchandising standards.
* Assist in the stocktaking as required.
* Ensure all areas of the store are kept clean and tidy through good housekeeping and safe working practices.
* Undertake such duties as may reasonably be required by the store manager.
* Work well independently and as part of a team.
* Be dedicated to learning and developing your own skills.
