They are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive technical customer support for the business, providing support and feedback on technical field issues & complaints. \n \nField Service Engineer\n \nPermanent\n£28,000-£30,000 (OTE £35,000-£40,000)\nMonday – Thursday 08:30-16:30, Friday 08:00-16:00\nReading & Surrounding Areas\n \nField Service Engineer\nJob Description \n\nProvide market leading customer service and technical support to all of our customers.\nSupport the corrective actions process by highlighting customer issues and needs, providing feedback on early warning product failures.\nSupport the focussed returns process, providing timely products / parts back to help identify product failures and allow modifications to be completed.\nActively promote our additional services and products\nSeek the opportunity to reduce service costs, by ensuring.\nReduction in parts usage\nMaintaining correct van stock profile\nFocus on high first-time fix rate.\nMinimising the need for return visits\nReducing downtime and improve efficiencies.\nProvide support for complaint escalations.\nAttend product update meetings and refresher training.\nWork with the Regional Lead Engineer to improve customer satisfaction, service efficiency. \nField Service Engineer\nEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications\n\nProven customer service experience\nBasic knowledge of electrical and communication systems\nExperience in a field-based role (Full UK Driver’s License) \nField Service Engineer\nCompany Benefits\n\nCompany Car & Travel Time Paid\nOvertime Available & Call Out Pay (1 in 6)\n25 days holiday plus bank holidays\nPension scheme & Death benefit scheme 2 x annual salary.\nBonus scheme & Long service awards for 10,20 & 25 years (£50, £150 & £500). \nIf you feel you’re a good fit for this position, please click ‘apply
