Their approach combines therapy and education to ensure all students can grow and thrive, regardless of their challenges. Situated in 22 acres of the beautiful Surrey Hills between Guildford and Horsham, they're a close-knit team supporting 75 students in school and college and 11 tenants in our supported living houses. As a Catholic provision rooted in Christian values, they welcome students and staff of all backgrounds and beliefs. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you’ll gain valuable experience while supporting students in various ways, including: Assisting teachers in creating engaging, supportive, and structured learning environments. Working one-on-one or with small groups, helping students with activities both in the classroom and in the community. Supporting with off-site activities like visits to leisure centres or local shops, helping students build life skills. Encouraging teamwork and positive attitudes by facilitating shared ideas and activities among students. Apprenticeship Overview Salary : £7 an hour, with an automatic pay rise after one year (for apprentices aged 19). Hours : Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 4.15 pm (36 hours per week). Duration : 18 months with training provided by expert tutors.
