As a BSS Consulting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our customers by providing expert guidance and delivering top-notch consulting services in the telecommunications sector.
Candidate profile
1. Degree in Engineering, IT or Telecommunication
2. Additional degree in Business Administration or Management will be a plus
3. Excellent written and spoken communication in English
4. Minimum +2 years’ experience in the Telecom business
5. In-depth knowledge of Business Support Systems (BSS) highly desirable
6. Previous experience in presales activities highly desirable
7. Proficiency in delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations
8. A good understanding of the telecom market landscape, including competitors and emerging trends
9. The capability to identify and address technical and business-related challenges faced by customers, offering effective solutions to meet their specific needs
10. Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences and industry events as required
Your responsibilities
11. Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions for their BSS needs
12. Provide strategic advice and recommendations on BSS systems, processes and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and enhance customer experience
13. Conduct thorough analysis of client environments, identify areas for improvement and devise effective strategies to address challenges
14. Prepare technical offers, tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of each client
15. Prepare comprehensive bid responses that address all technical aspects, ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards
16. Liaise with the product development team to provide feedback from customers and market insights, contributing to the improvement and enhancement of BSS offerings
17. Collaborate with the post-sales and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from presales to the implementation phase
18. Prepare and conduct presentations and product demos for Executives in the Telecom industry
19. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, seminars and other relevant events to promote BSS solutions and establish the company's presence on the market
