My client is launching a brand new supported living service in the picturesque village outside of Preston : and were looking for an experienced, values:led Registered Manager (or a Deputy Manager ready to step up) to lead it from the ground up.

What were looking for:
1:3 years experience supporting children with Learning Disabilities and/or residential care
Youve worked closely with young people and understand the importance of consistency, structure, and emotional safety.
Experience setting up or running a service
* Or, youre a capable Deputy Manager whos ready to step into something bigger.
Strong working knowledge of OFSTED frameworks
* You understand what good looks like : and how to deliver it.
QCF Level 5 (or working towards)
* Not essential, but required for top:end salary and registration.
Drivers licence
* Due to the location and community:based nature of the role.
