Lady in her 40's who has been diagnosed with autism, ADHD and I have some learning difficulties. I can verbally communicate my immediate needs but can be forgetful and have episodes of confusion when I suffer from stress and anxiety. During these episodes, I have a complete meltdown and lose my memory. I also live with debilitating migraines, and on these days, I am unable to function or complete any tasks without support. The most important thing I want from someone who will support me is that I want to be listened to and have people take the time to get to know me as a person.,
