JOB OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/ Administrator to work in our expanding commercial department based within our Cleethorpes office.
This is a varied role and the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and forward-thinking, with the ability to work under their own initiative as well as working well with others in the team. The role will involve communicating by telephone and email, and the successful candidate will also be expected to have knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Job Description – Receptionist/Administrator (Commercial Property Department)
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering telephone calls and handling email enquiries
* Booking in appointments and managing the diary
* Referencing of tenants
* Managing general property enquiries
* Providing commercial property feedback following viewings
* Sending out Terms of Engagement
* Dealing with general walk-in enquiries
* General administration duties: filing, organisation, and report writing
* Chasing exchanges and maintaining liaisons
* Liaising with utility providers
* Any other general administration tasks as required
Essential Skills and Requirements:
* Good keyboard skills
* Excellent communication skills, both over the telephone and face-to-face
* Ability to deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner
