Position: Cellar Manager
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Working Hours: 5 out of 7 days per week

More about the role:
1. Lead the management and operations of the cellar, ensuring that all beverages are stored, managed, and served according to established standards.
2. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ordering schedules, and deliveries.
3. Uphold effective stock rotation to minimise waste and ensure quality.
4. Regularly inspect the cellar and storage areas to ensure all beverages are kept in optimal conditions, maintaining their quality and freshness.
5. Collaborate with suppliers to place orders, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality beverages.
6. Provide detailed reports and analysis to Senior Management to aid in data-driven decisions regarding inventory and sales.
7. Be a driving force for positive change within the department. Bring forth ideas to improve service delivery and implement these innovations effectively.
8. Work closely with the bar, kitchen, and events teams to ensure seamless service and a legendary experience for all clients.
9. Train and mentor cellar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
10. Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of beverages.
About you:
* Previous experience as a Cellar Manager or relevant position in beverage management within a fast-paced, volume driven environment.
* Solid understanding of cellar management techniques, inventory control, and supplier management.
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of quality and service.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
