Job Description
This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. This position is based in Central London - at H&M Regent Street or H&M Oxford Circus.
As a Visual Merchandiser – Deco, you will collaborate with VMs & store team to create & execute the most inspiring commercial customer experience through excellent windows & styling within our local flagship store.
Key responsibilities include:
* Create & execute the most inspiring commercial customer experience through excellent windows & styling.
* Implement the long-term omni strategy in collaboration with VM specialists & store team.
* Maximise sales and drive commercial opportunities.
* Provide fashion knowledge and training tools to support maintaining product presentation.
* Attract, drive & develop future talents.
Qualifications
We are looking for people who have:
* Visual Merchandising and management experience.

* Exceptional fashion knowledge.
