Morrison Water Services are recruiting for a Defect Coordinator to work on our Thames Water Smart Metering and Developer Services contract in Dartford. This role will be expected to be a minimum of 2-3 days a week in the office.
As a Defect Coordinator, you will be part of our Planning Team who are responsible for planning and scheduling our external excavation works.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Processing all defects once received from client/local authority
2. Dealing with urgent 2 and 4 hour SLGs/Defects
3. Defect related administrative work inclusive of but not restricted to raising job packs, uploading photos to company system, data uploads and completing daily trackers.
4. Defect related reporting using company system.
5. Provide cover and additional support within the defect team
6. Collaborative working with other departments on contracted work streams
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
1. Knowledge of Defects
2. Knowledge of Traffic Management
3. General IT skills
4. Customer complaints handling
