POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Marketing Manager AMEA, our Marketing Executive will support the VANITY GROUP Marketing Strategy through astute project management, creative thinking and a demonstrated passion for brands and event execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure all brand collateral, imagery, style guides are up to date and the appropriate assets are dispatched and communicated to the Creative Team
2. Any updates to brand communications to be added into relevant project management tools
3. For all New Product Development (NPD) samples, coordinate hi-res photos and file accordingly
4. Collaborate with Sales Team on seeding stock maintenance and requirements
5. Ownership of packaging guidelines
6. Ensure new retail gifting products from brand partners are added into Packing Form
7. Ensure Brand Sales PDFs and product brochures are up to date and work with Brand & Marketing Managers
8. Ensure Sales Quotation Banners are briefed and sent to Sales Team for filing
9. Weekly distribution of brand newsletter
10. Lead the VG Beauty School platform, ensuring content is relevant and up-to-date, with accompanying EDM send outs
11. Manage website uploads, including brand, product, and blog content
12. Lead the developing and ordering brand collateral, taking briefs as well as initiating innovative ideas and briefing into the Creative Studio
13. Plan and execute marketing activities with support from Marketing Manager
14. Upload new clients and EDM’s via Mailchimp and ensuring timely dispatch every month
15. Coordinate and book stock for partnership events and activations, ensuring seamless execution
16. Work with the warehouse team to ensure timely coordination for sample requirements for hotel specific marketing initiatives
17. Assist in influencer research for hotel partnership programs
18. Craft and oversee influencer briefs are hit and file influencer social uploads on the server – this includes any screen records or screenshots for reporting purposes
19. Maintain and expand the media database
20. Clipping and saving PR coverage and support in building coverage reports
21. Work closely with Global Marcomms Director for copywriting tasks when assigned e.g. blogs, website etc
22. Research tasks - staying abreast of industry trends and putting forward proactive recommendations
23. Lead the SEO strategy and advise agency when required
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 2 years' relevant previous experience with this experience being advantageous across marketing or digital marketing
2. Understanding of FMCG marketing or brand management
3. Strong organisation and project management skills - adept at executing projects by handling deadlines, time pressure, and multiple demands
4. Acute attention to detail not wavering with conflicting priorities
5. Ability to foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Strong work ethic
7. Up to date with trends and new products
