The ideal candidate for this role is a time served maintenance engineer with a minimum of an NVQ level 3 or equivalent with prior manufacturing maintenance experience ideally within a heavy engineering/precision engineering environment. Key Responsibilities
Execute scheduled, planned, and reactive maintenance to improve equipment availability and performance.
Use diagnostic tools to lead fault-finding and root cause investigations on critical equipment.
Support a cultural shift from reactive to preventive maintenance practices.
Record accurate maintenance activity feedback, including parts used and safety concerns.
