Remit
Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a leading healthcare provider in their search for a Pharmacy SACT Lead to oversee the Oncology service based within their private hospital in Guildford. The 50-bed hospital provides high-quality healthcare across a range of different specialities including Orthopaedics, Oncology, Gynaecology and ENT. They also provide a range of in- and outpatient services including Pain and Ophthalmology services as well as an in-house pharmacy, a physiotherapy department and an imaging department offering a range of diagnostic services.
The hospital is currently searching for a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to provide their pharmaceutical knowledge and experience in ensuring the care of the patients at the hospital. You will be maintaining the Oncology service and as such will have considerable experience within a similar role. You will be responsible for supervising the procurement, preparation, dispensation & distribution of medicines to patients while providing standard of care through the medical management service. You will ensure the pharmacy department operates in a timely and consistent manner whilst overseeing the general running of the service, providing clinical input where necessary.

Requirements
1. Degree in Pharmacy MPharm, BSc or BPharm
2. GPHC Registration
3. Post graduate clinical diploma in clinical pharmacy or equivalent
4. Minimum 3 years registration with 2 years in a hospital environment
5. Passion for high quality care
6. Motivated individual
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
8. High sense of personal responsibility

The hospital is located in Guildford – commutable from Woking, Basingstoke, Kingston Upon Thames, Crawley & Farnham.
