Key Responsibilities:

* Develop comprehensive insurance strategies for commercial property clients.
* Conduct in-depth needs assessments and risk identification.
* Oversee the full renewal process, including placement and documentation.
* Accurately maintain Acturis records.
* Build and maintain strong client and insurer relationships.
* Negotiate effectively to secure optimal terms.
* Provide responsive, high-quality communication and service.
