Role Overview:
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) focused on a substantial new client in the UAE, your role will combine technical expertise and strategic account management to expand and deepen this relationship. You’ll provide technical guidance, oversee successful implementations, and identify opportunities to add value, ultimately ensuring that the client maximizes the benefits of Loadbalancer.org’s solutions. This role involves regular travel, with up to 90 days per year expected, where you will work closely with clients to drive growth and strengthen our partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the relationship with a key UAE-based client, aligning our solutions with their strategic goals.
- Provide proactive technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure optimal deployment and usage of Loadbalancer.org products.
- Deliver regular health checks, technical reviews, and assessments to enhance customer satisfaction and identify areas for further growth.
- Collaborate with our sales, engineering, and support teams to provide seamless service and meet customer needs.
- Conduct product training, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions with clients to deepen their understanding of our solutions.
- Travel internationally as needed (up to 90 days annually) to engage with the clients on-site, building rapport and enhancing collaboration.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in technical account management, customer success, or similar roles, with a strong focus on expanding commercial relationships.
- Knowledge and understanding of load balancing technology or IT infrastructure, particularly in networking and application delivery.
- Proven ability to manage and grow key client relationships proactively to identify and act on new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to travel internationally to engage directly with clients.
