Role: Customer Service Advisor
Hours - 35 hours - Monday - Thursday 09:00am-17:00pm. Friday 08:30-13:30pm.
Pay - £22,750
Location - North Leicester
SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor based in Leicester.
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to resolve queries quickly and effectively.
- To act as a referral point and clearing house for customer enquiries.
- To ensure all communications received are deal with promptly.
- Resolve queries with the assistance of relevant departments and to advise of any potential problems.
- Work closely with all departments, especially Order Entry.
- Update and maintain mailing lists.
- Action any problems highlighted in Sales Representative's reports.
- Provide proforma invoices as required for subscription plans.
- Raise credits and free of charge replacements.
- Create stocklists and purchase reports when requested.
- Put together supplier selection orders for customers to their specifications when required.
- Assisting with tenders.
