Blueprint are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager for our client's estates department, in Edinburgh. This will be an on-going contract, with an opportunity to apply for the full-time position when it opens. The Role: - Overseeing each of the technical managers, to make sure the resources are appropriately allocated and in place to complete the required PPM and reactive maintenance. - Provide support and training - Manage Budgets, including financial planning and reporting, and make sure it falls in line with the department's overall budget. - Implement and oversee all health and safety on site - Oversee all outside contractors Requirements: - Experience managing a facilities maintenance department - Time served in either Joinery or an electrical/mechanical field - HNC in an engineering subject or an IOSH managing safely certificate - Be up to date on Health and safety legislation - have experience managing a budget. Rate of pay for this role is £24.02 - £25.97 p/h PAYE Rolled up holiday pay.
