Join a global leader in a pivotal HR Advisor role, supporting employee relations, performance management, and international HR practices across the UK, USA, and EMEA regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with senior leadership.
* Identify HR issues and offer guidance on employee relations matters.
* Manage investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance issues.
* Support managers in effective people management and employee engagement.
* Collaborate with the HR Assistant on recruitment, onboarding, and payroll requests.
* Partner with internal legal teams on employment law compliance.
* Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and global mobility requirements.
* Support compliance with SM&CR for FCA-regulated employees.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of UK and international employment law.
* Proven track record as an HR Advisor in employee relations.
* HRIS experience, preferably Hi Bob.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Inform.
* CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification or equivalent experience.
Person Specification:
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and judgment skills.
* Ability to build trusted relationships and provide strategic support.
* Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills.
* Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Essential Requirements:
* 3-5 years of HR experience in an advisory role, ideally in a fast-paced, commercial setting.
* Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
* Employee Relations experience.
